If you are concerned, we would suggest you speak to your referring doctor in the first instance and raise your concern with them.  They will have the radiologist's report from your scan, and will be able to see if this is something that requires further investigation, or is in fact a piece of normal anatomy or an incidental finding.   

Due to the fact that MRI can show the soft tissues of the the body in a lot of detail, we often see things on images which are best described as 'incidental' findings of no clinical significance.  Even though your scan was of the sacrum, the radiologist who reported your scan should have looked at the surrounding imaged areas, so you can rest assured that if the area you are concerned about is anything that requires attention or further investigation, they would have made note of this in their report so that the referring doctor can act accordingly.

If your referring doctor requires any clarification, or thinks that the images should be re-reviewed, perhaps by a radiologist with different expertise, they can then arrange this for you.
