Dr Yamamoto is a Consultant Neuroradiologist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.
He practises diagnostic neuroradiology and has expertise across a wide range of neurological and neurosurgical disorders. His main clinical interests are in the imaging of movement disorders, pituitary diseases and neuro-oncology.
Alongside clinical work, Dr Yamamoto also undertakes research at the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology where he was awarded his PhD in functional neuroimaging.
Dr Yamamoto is able to provide a radiological opinion on scans that have been performed outside of Queen Square. Such reviews can be organised by contacting the Queen Square Imaging Centre. Please note that we will require a referral from a doctor for imaging review and that a fee will apply for this service.
